On behalf of the Leslie Frost community, I would like to wish Ms. Salima Boatman all of the best as she moves to Dr. George Hall PS for September 2023. Ms. Boatman taught JK/SK this year. She enjoyed her year at Leslie Frost, especially working with Ms. Harvey in their Kindergarten classroom. Ms. Boatman’s knowledge and skills will be missed. I would also like to wish Ms. Lauren Addison all of the best for the 2023-2024 school year. Ms. Addison is still a member of our school; however, she has taken on a system level position for the upcoming school year. While this is a loss of her expertise for our school, it certainly benefits the larger TLDSB.
I would like to welcome Ms. Katherine McCoy who comes to our school as a permanent teacher from Parkview PS. She too has a system level position for the 2023-2024 school year so she will not be working in our school. I would also like to welcome Ms. Carlin Connolly as a permanent teacher to our school. She is currently completing an LTO in our school but joins us as a permanent teacher in September.
