Our Parent Council is excited to announce a new school clothing order! As there has not been a clothing order in a few years, our Parent Council wanted our families to have the opportunity to purchase clothing if they wish. This is a great way to show Lions’ pride (no pun intended)!

End Date: Friday, April 14 at 12:00 pm
At the bottom of this post is a JPEG of the school clothing order form. A paper order form has already been sent home.
A few things of which to be aware:
ONLINE ORDER (OUR PREFERRED METHOD)
• ALMOST ALL ORDERS SHOULD BE PLACED WITH ONTARIO GRAPHIC SALES ON THEIR WEBSITE WHICH IS LOCATED AT

ONLINE ORDERS CAN BE PAID FOR VIA CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD. ORDERS PLACED ONLINE DO NOT REQUIRE THE PAPER ORDER FORM TO BE SENT BACK TO THE SCHOOL.
We would prefer online ordering whenever possible due to the number of orders likely to be placed.
CHEQUE AND PAPER ORDERS (PLEASE ONLY DO IF ONLINE ORDERING ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT WORK FOR YOU)
• IF PAYING BY CHEQUE, THE CHEQUE AND PAPER ORDER FORM MUST BE SENT INTO THE SCHOOL (TO YOUR CHILD’S HOMEROOM STAFF) and Ms. White will forward to Ontario Graphics Sales. Please put the cheque and paper order form into an envelope clearly labelled with your child’s name and homeroom teacher.
Help With Sizing
• Jennifer Curtis (Parent Council Co-Chair) will be at the school Tuesday, April 4 between 1:00 pm and 3:15 pm to help those students whose families would like a better idea of sizing
• Shukri Middleton (Parent Council Co-Chair) will be at the school on Thursday, April 6 between 9:00 am and 10:50 am to help those students whose families would like a better idea of sizing
Overall Information
• please do not send cash orders into the school; if you are absolutely unable to order online or pay by cheque, please reach out to Ms. White in the office at 705-324-5602 (however, this should only happen in extremely rare cases)
• many of the items can be personalized with your child’s name for an additional cost of $7 or $8 (note: personalized items cannot be returned if there is an issue)(there appears to be a difference in personalization cost on the paper order form vs the online order store – once the cost is clarified, information will be communicated to the school community)
• sample clothing for sizing will be available in the office between Friday, March 31 and Thursday, April 13 for students to size/try on, if they wish; if a parent wishes to come to the school and check out the clothing you are welcome to do so (it’s never a bad idea to call first and check with Ms. White or Ms. Clarke as to how the day is going – the school’s number is 705-324-5602)
• you can call Ontario Graphics Solutions at the number provided on the order form
• ALL ORDERS MUST BE PLACED/INTO LFPS’ OFFICE BY Friday, April 14, 2023 at 12:00 pm
• clothing orders will be sent to the school and then distributed to students/families
