A reminder that our Parent Council is busy organizing the Holiday 25 Cent Sale which takes place on Monday, December 19. The goal of the Holiday 25 Cent Sale is to give our students the opportunity to purchase gifts (25 cents each) for immediate family members.
Items can be dropped off at the school. Your child can bring in items or parents can drop them off at the office (especially if you have a large number of items to donate).
Interested in volunteering? Please contact the office at 705-324-5602 and speak with Ms. White or Ms. Clarke. An up to date police check and vulnerable sector check will be required.
This is an amazing event for our students! The actual value of the items purchased might not be very high but the personal value and pride in purchasing an item for a loved family member is priceless for our students!
Finally, please send your child(ren) with a reusable bag or plastic shopping bag on Monday, December 19 to carry their gifts home. Backpacks are often already full. The extra bag makes transporting the gifts home a little easier.
