Ms. Smalley and her organizing team have arranged for a grades 4 to 6 Track and Field Day on Friday, May 26 (with the rain date being Thursday, June 1). Grades 4 to 6 students will be headed over to Central Senior PS to use their field. Our students will be heading over to Central shortly after morning recess ends at 11:30 am. Thank you to Mr. Lowell and a number of his grade 7 and 8 students who are helping run this day.
LFPS parents and guardians, we need volunteers to help make this day a success. Volunteers are required to meet required supervision levels because we are leaving school property. Volunteers are also required to help keep the day running smoothly at Central (e.g., making sure students are at the correct event at the correct time).
If you are able to volunteer, please reach out to your child’s homeroom teacher or Ms. White/Ms. Clarke in the office at 705-324-5602. Volunteers do require an up to date criminal record check and a vulnerable sector check. If you are unsure as to whether your criminal record and vulnerable sector are up to date, please reach out to the office.
