Good Afternoon Grade 6 Families,
The Grade 6 Clap Out tradition continues this year! The clap out begins at 2:40 pm on Thursday, June 29. At this time, our grade 6s will enter the entry doors by rooms 4 and 5 (these are the entry doors on the south-east corner of the school – the doors closest to the main walkers’ gate). After going through the entire school, they will exit the school through the doors by rooms 18 and 19. These are the entry doors closest to the Primary Climber (this is the climber on the south-east side of the school).
Grade 6 parents are welcome to participate in the clap out by lining up outside of where the grade 6s will exit the school at the clap out’s end. This is by the entry doors outside of rooms 18 and 19 (by the Primary Climber). We know this is an exciting day for many of our grade 6 families! We ask that parents do not come inside for the clap out as the hallways will already be jammed with students and staff (space will be at a premium!).
