This Friday, March 29 and Monday, April 1 are school holidays for Easter. I hope that the Easter Bunny visits the homes of any families who wish it to do so. The Parish household DEFINITELY wants the Easter Bunny to visit. We love all things chocolate and the Easter goodies that come with this day. I hope that our families have some additional time to spend with one another. We will see everyone back at school on Tuesday, April 2.

The areas that make up Trillium Lakelands District School Board (TLDSB) have been greatly affected by the ice storm that swept across parts of Ontario this past weekend.
Due to road conditions, power outages, and internet/network outages in some areas, TLDSB has made the decision to close all schools (including the Virtual Learning Centre), education centres, and child care centres in schools tomorrow, Monday, March 31.
This decision was made for the safety of students and staff, and we are communicating with families now in an effort to give time to make alternative arrangements.
Please note, schools will not be moving to online learning.
We hope students will take this opportunity to catch up on work, play a board game, or read/listen to a book.
