Thank you, Leslie Frost Community, for your generous donations to the Terry Fox campaign for our school. Thank you also to Mme McGrail for organizing the Terry Fox Run and campaign at Leslie Frost this year. Along with the overall organization of the Run, Mme McGrail had older students presenting announcements each morning, visiting younger students’ classrooms to talk about the importance of the day, the importance of fundraising and the impact this fundraising has on cancer research. These students did a great job!
As of the time of writing this post, $4528 had been fundraised online and $3328.55 in cash donated to the school. Fantastic job, Lions!
