At our Parent Council Meeting last week it was asked if we could resend the “Shopping List Form” for the 25 Cent Sale. This is the form where families can list the immediate family members for whom the student is shopping. A second copy of this form has either been sent home already or will be sent home early this week. If you have already sent the completed form in, you do not need to send in again. I have included a PDF of the form with this post. If the form does not come home and you do not have printer to print the attached PDF, you can simply write this information on a piece of paper and send in to your child’s homeroom teacher. It is a bit hard to believe that we are in the final 2 weeks before the winter holiday.
