Jan. 29, 2011 - Under the leadership of Mrs. Medhurst and Mme Waterhouse, our Leslie Frost Skipping Team - Heart Heroes - performed at Lansdowne Place on Saturday.
What's a Heart Hero?
- Being a Heart Hero means helping kids who are born with heart problems and helping all kids keep their hearts strong.
- More than 8 out of 10 Canadian children between the ages of 5 and 17 aren't active enough to support optimal health and development, putting our children at serious risk for heart disease at a young age - but it doesn't have to be this way.
