Jan. 29, 2011 – Under the leadership of Mrs. Medhurst and Mme Waterhouse, our Leslie Frost Skipping Team – Heart Heroes – performed at Lansdowne Place on Saturday.

What’s a Heart Hero?

  • Being a Heart Hero means helping kids who are born with heart problems and helping all kids keep their hearts strong.
  • More than 8 out of 10 Canadian children between the ages of 5 and 17 aren’t active enough to support optimal health and development, putting our children at serious risk for heart disease at a young age – but it doesn’t have to be this way.
